Invest Rs.100/- and get Rs.259!!!

Dear Members Please Clarify.
There is a company called Mangal Murthi Auto Links India Limited. This company collects Rs.81,779/- as deposit and provides Rs.5,200/- every month through post-dated cheques amunting to Rs.1,87,200/- they also pay another Rs.25,000/- at the end of 36 months. This is a total amount of Rs.2,12,200/-.
They say they are in this business for the past 7 years. I am here in proviving the website details and the scheme details.
They have opened a branch in Hyderabad for the past 6 months. Can any one please provide more proof FOR or AGAINST this scheme. Is it safe to invest in this scheme. Has any one know to you lost or gained from this scheme.
Can you also let me know who to eveluate such schemes.
Is there any government agency/branch/department that scrutinizes such schemes.

not all companys are like that but still it depends on company base,few of mine cm has also invested in the same company ,yet no complaint even they knows the same company since it was kesari motors,,,,,,,its up to u,,,i dont think so  any prob....you can go ahed......tc
