I filed ITR 4 of advocate as professional income for AY 16-17 with no account case, CPC send the notice for your ITR consider as invalid because you are not filled part A of P&L account and part A of Balance sheet.

whether he is liable to maintain books of accounts under section 44AA. in that case he need to file his pl and BS

being a advocate he is liable to maintain books of account. you need to file rectification us 139 along with pl and bs
