We already have an excise registration certificate. Now, we have developed a new product within the same class but a variant of the existing registered product. What are the formalities to be taken up with the Excise & Custom Authorities before dispatching this new product towards the domestic order as well as export order?
You should have given intimation to the department that you are going to manufacture a new product. But now the intimation should be immidiatly given to the local range officer.
Yes ,i agree with Mr Jeevesh ...but intimation should be given immediatly without delay & should not raise any sale invoice of that new product till intimation not given.
dear friend apply for amendemnt in your registration certificate and get the new product included in the products already declared in your registraktion certificate.
