Intimation u/s 143(1)

Dear Sir,

I have received an Intimation U/S 143(1) . In the attachment provided by IT department every thing is same under "As Provided by Taxpayer in Return of Income" column and "As Computed Under Section 143(1)" column but it is showing refund amount of Rs. 4 under "As Computed Under Section 143(1)" column. Do I have to make a revised return or I can ignore it. Kindly guide me.
