i have filed a return for AY 2012-13. i got an sms from department that the said return is processed and the intimation has been sent to registered e-mail id. when i look up for the mail in my inbox, i cant find it. Can anybody tell me what could be the problem?? what should i do to get the intimation?? i have already posted request to get it again on portal..
You can directly speak to the Income tax office personnel in Banglore.... they will surely help u out....
You'll receive the intimation in a few days....
Intimation u/s 143(1) shows the interest paid to you on Tax Refund
I also find the same problem. i think firstly you check the status in income tax site than proceed.

you have to wait for some times ..
just check the status of return processed in its account. if there is demand then worry if not then do nothing .
same problem here... i also talk to CPC they tell you will get..
this year due to site change some problem comes in communications ...
you can loginin your account and made a requset for intimaion in that you can receive mial intimation from the department
I also faced similar problem. But you can check the Staus of the return by logging into the Income Tax site
log on 2 incometaxindiaefilling.gov.in than click on view return link and download the same from given assessment year returns.........
call 18004252229 and peak to customare care, he will help u regarding this

Its all already more than one month over,i didnt get the intimation and after speacking with customer car there are saying u need to wait for some more time.

u ll get the intimation very soon. in case of non receiving u can also request for re sending of intimation on the income tax e filing website. u cn make request of re sending it in form of e-mail or by post at ur mailing address.
