I filed a return online. Reg. the refund I recd. intimation from CPC, Bangalore date 5-10-2011. But till date no refund is sent to my client (as per 26AS) statement.
Can I know from any of you normally how much time it takes.

ask your client's address in pan card, and i presume that he has not changed the address in pan card, so the refund has been routed to pan card address.
question is not online or offline, department always follow the address from pan card data, and MICR code from the return filed.
normally it comes within 30 days, if not recd then contact the ITO of the respective ward.
