I have a query, can any one let me know is there any Circular or Notification or any references which states the time frame to intimate the receipt of excisable goods.

Sorry unable to understand in what context you are asking, can you please re post the same with some more details, will surely discuss whatever i knw
if input/capital goods then as soon as possible but within the finance year close ( earlier it was 6 months)
