Actually, I am not able to get your exect problem, but advise to meet your Assessing officer with all the payment challans and copy of return filed. If you had paid the amount, the rectification will be done, and no interest will be levied.

you may download the Justification Report which will be made available in the Traces site, which gives you the break-up details for the amount charged as late deduction/short deduction/ interest or whatsoever. On referring that, if you are not justified with the details given you may file correction file so as to revise that effect. 

yes i have download justification report, there break up has been analysis given short deduction, interest for late payment,interest for short deduction total amount Rs 13500.I have paid the amount, now at the time of correction of file I dnt show the amount in TDS coloumn neither i have given credit to duductee ,all i have done is show total amount in interest and upload ,as result is processed with default.Now what shall i do ?
