I want to some details about succession rules of intestate property as below.
One of the property having ownership in the name 4 persons. one of the owner of this property deceazed without leaving WILL of her estate.
The deceazed female has 5 legal heirs. 1 Male and 4 Females and all 4 females are married before 1994.
I want to know, how the share of deceazed female will be devided among the legal heirs.
As per details given by you, share of deceazed female will be devided into equal shares between all his legal heirs. i.e 1 Male and 4 female -all will have their equal share and right in the property even though the female are married.
