Interval between ANY two board meetings??
Is gap between the last board meeting in previous calendar year and first board meeting in succeeding year can exceed 120 days?

no gap between two consecutive board meeting should not be more than 120 days
whether consecutive will be for that year or will continue to next year also
Eg: if last(4th) board meeting for the calendar year 2016
is held on 15th December
Is in the year 2017 first board meeting is to be held with in 120 days from 15th December 2016 or not????
