In case of Inter Unit Transfers, is there any change in the Rate of Excise Duty. Suppose Transfer is made from Chennai Unit to Uttarakhand Unit with Excise Duty. How Uttarakhand Unit will avail Credit on such transfer?

If Uttarakhand unit is not paying exicse duty, it cannot take cenvat credit.

Is there any concession in ED Rate, in case of Interunit Transfer?
If Interunit Transfer is from Chennai to Uttarkhand, can there be a situation where Excise Duty not charged in the Invoice.

No Deepika, Excise duty is in rem, i.e. on goods. It does not matter it is being cleared to self only, ED shall remain the same.
