Interste supply of pulses?
I supply pulses(unbrande)d) all over india. Do i require gst registration as i only do interstate trade of non taxable item?

More than 20 lakhs
then you are required to take registration
For Inter State Supply (Two Different States) you have to register, even though your turnover is less than 20.00 lakhs.
For inter State supply without GST No, you can not trade
I know that but i think that applies only for taxable items

01. The Aggrigate Turnover includes both Taxable and Exempted Turnover
02. For Inter State Supply, Compulosry Registeration
03. If it is fully exempted supply of goods or service, registeration is not required. There is no limit for that.
