Though I do not have the checklist, the main areas to be looked into are: Employee cost (since this industry employs very large No. of manpower) including allowances to drivers, cleaners, etc. state wise, cash transactions and matching with books (typically unusually large cash transactions take place and cashiers are not well disciplined to match physical cash wit5h book cash), inventories (used only for internal consumption) including slow/ non moving, provision for obsolescence for old inventories, consumption of fuel, logs of vehicles and their running across the country, control overe physical safety of vehicles, insurance of vehicles and drivers' fidelity, loans taken, if any and interest cost, etc., maintenance of fixed assets register including records for vehicles, separate record for owned vehicles and leased vehicles, depreciation on fixed assets, etc.
