I have just filed 3B for Jul. For me it is a Nil return. However when I file for Aug(Nil returns again) now, it is showing late filing fees close to 6600. However as per latest notification the late filling fees is waived off. I still could find the late filling fees poping up there. Kindly advise

If you haven't submitted your 3b, you will file without payment of penalty.
But system not allowing to file without late payment fees
Pay and file the return. Without payment we can't file the return....
