I have to deposit TDS for the month of march, 2020 on 18th may,2020.
For how many months interest on late deposit of TDS will be levied ?
1 month or 2 months . i.e. only for may or for April or May both months?

What is the last date for filing TDS return 4 th qtr ( Jan 2019 to March 2019 ) ?. Please check and reply .

Last date of filing TDS return is 30th June 2020.
Assuming that you have deducted TDS in the month of March and you are paying it in may. Interest will be charged for the 3 months...March, aprl, may @ 1.5%.
