interest on tax for laste filling

I am filling august,2018 gstr-3b in this month. I have query in regarding the interest that is to be paid on output tax liability. Do i need to pay interest from 21,sep,2018 or from 1,april,2019 as the due date for the relevant return is 31,mar,2019.
