inter state purchase of goods
I'm a small textile dealer in Madhya Pradesh... I want to purchase goods from Rajasthan... My annual sale is less than 10 lakhs so I'm not liable for GST registration.... How can I purchase goods ... Do I have to fill any form to procure goods. Kindly guide.. Thanks

No. U can purchase goods from outside the state....
There is no restrictions on purchase from other states for unregistered or composite dealers. But they cannot sell outside the state
The seller in Rajasthan says that you cannot purchase from us without GST registration.... and the transport company is denying to bring my parcel
