Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether sale transactions between a holding company and its subsidiary are subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS). The key question is whether TDS applies and, if so, under which specific section of the tax law. The general consensus is that if the companies have different PANs, TDS is likely applicable, with the specific section depending on the nature of the transaction.

Is different PAN...?

If yes, then TDS applicable...

Sec based on transactions....
Inter company transaction is viable
