ITR- 4S instructions are give under link https://law.incometaxindia.gov.in/DITTaxmann/IncomeTaxRules/PDF/Ay2011-12/sugam_instructions_2011.pdf

As per pt. 6 othe instructions - If a person is filing return manually is he required to file ITR-5 also?

Whether the worksheets given under instructions hv to be attached while filing the return manually?

ITR-V is to be submitted for e-returns only.

no annexure is permitted, fill the respective columns and file the returns, any annexture will be detatched and returned to the person filing the return.
