we are giving our products on installment ( 3 rd party - finance ) . After completion of transaction when 3 rd party gives us payment they deduct some processing fee amount , so is that processing fees amount will liable to deduct TDS

No it doesn't fall under any TDS section since processing fees is another type of deduction
we asked 3 rd party for gives a letter about the amount they deduct showing in what sense.
they are telling that its a commission chrged by them.

its just like commission charges by air travel agent from airline company,
so currently finance company charges commission and balance payment is remitted to you
you need to deduct TDS
