Sir kya work contractor ko input vat ka full credit setoff milega ya kush amount exemtion me jayega 2nd service tax rate kya hoga pls help

Your question is not complete. Any way,
If you have opted for composite tax then you cannot avail input credit
if you are in general tax list then you have to pay the taxes as per vat and service taxes then you can avail credit
service tax rate is 12.5%
Jafar sir service tax rate 12.5% sayad ye to koi rate nahi hai,
Work contracter agaar bill me 12.5$ vat charge karta hai to use input vat ka full credit milega kya,
2nd agar o lanour charges ka bill aur material ka bill dono sath me banay to service tax ka rate kya hoga (work contracter gaspipe line installation or repairing ka kam karta hai pls help
