my question is
applicable of cgst act section 17( apportionment of credit and blocked credits ) in export cases?
because we are available input tax credit utilities to cgst/sgst payable account .
so our is working correct or not please reply

any goods par humne input tax credit available kiya hai.but same goods exports kiya hai to o zero rated hai.
question is: available input tax credit hum output tax liabilities ko utilities kar sakte hai ya refund le sakte hai.
