Last 3 previous month we didn't claimed ITC in gstr3b.but it is reflected in gstr2b.is it possible to claim now

Yes you can claim now
But in electronic credit ledger ITC is not showing
When you will claim in GSTR-3B only then it will show in electronic credit ledger
