I paid consultancy fees for obtaining MSME registration for my firm (IGST was charged). Can I claim Input Tax Credit for the fees paid.

Certainly the tax invoice should have a gst number.

Yes... You can claim ITC for the consultancy fees paid by You. Check out the invoice is valid as per GST act.

Yes, the ITC could be availed provided you are engaged in supply of taxable supplies. If not, avail proportionate credit to the extent of taxable supplies.
