sir, ITC forgot to claim in march 2019..if claim in July 2019..is it right or wrong??

Yes ITC can be claimed till Due date of September's return of next financial year.
for ITC of March 2019 last date of claiming ITC is 20th Oct 2019

Yes you can claim till September 2019 (refer Section 16 of CGST Act)
