I am making and supply of local delicacies.I have GST Number.I bought a delivery vehicle to sell products in vary shops.Can I have avail ITC .

sec17(5) is applicable to me yes or no.
As per sec 17(5) of CGST Act you can avail ITC when moter Vehicle is used transportation of Goods.
sir we can use motorcycle in business orders n collection , that new byke purchase we can shown input credit or not
Yes, if it is used for delivering a taxable supply. If the vehicle is for both business and personal use then you should identify the quantam of personal use and reverse ITC of such quantam of personal use.
