input tax credit

one of my client provided inter-state taxable services for 5 months and included it in gstr 1 and also paid tax on time but this tax credit is not reflecting in service receiver account for 2 months for other months it is reflecting.
what shall be done now .

see in gstr_2a @ gst portal 

Some input services are not allowed as credit, it is advisable to read abt blocked credit under gst.

Feb & March Still not reflect in GSTR-2A

it is an allowed credit and it is reflecting in August and Oct but not for September
