I took GST reg on 20th july 2017 but from 1st july to 19th july I hv purchased goods by giving mu aadhar no., can I took credit on the goods purchased before regn???

No u can not take bcoz u did not provide your gstin to your supplier and so he would not have upload your such invoices in gstr 1
What is your date of effect of registration??
