i am purchasing a paintings in large with andhra pradesh tin in tamil nadu. can i avail input tax credit with andhra gst

In which state you are registered under GST? Whether supplier is registered in AP/Telangana?

Tamilnadu supplier will charge you IGST........... The ITC can be claimed against your output CGST and SGST (in that order) when you sell in AP.
