I bought laptop online 11/7/17 which includes cgst & sgst on d bill but not mentioned my gstin in d invoice. what should I do to get gst setoff.

its ur mistake. have u provided thm ur gstin b4 purchase. & also they must have charge igst if the state difference is there. only then u can claim itc
Get a revised Invoice by including your GSTIN if it can be done.
i dont think , because of your mistake he will bear the cost
