Input tax claim on hotel room
Can I claim input tax credit for staying in a hotel after 22.09.2025 for room rent below Rs. 7500

Since the room rent mentioned is below Rs.7500/-, ITC can be claimed if other conditions like having a valid invoice with GSTIN of the hotel and payment being made throuh banking channels are met.
However, the date "after 22-9-2025" might be relevant for cheking any specific notifications or changes in GST rules post that date.. As of now , the rule stands as mentioned.
