Hello sir,
my vendors do not provide invoices in the same month in which they have supplied,
but I take provisional ITC in 3B in the same month,
but vendor provides the invoices for next month date
I am not cleared what will happen for such differences
example:
I purchase materials in current month April18 but I have not received the invoice, at the end of April month I take provisional ITC
to file the 3B return for the month of April
vendor provides me the invoice in May month mentioning May month in the invoice (in simple words ITC has been taken in current month but invoice is received in next month)
please guide me
