Out company is engaged in the business of shrimp export busines. We are using various services and paying service tax. Can we take input credit all servuces utilised for exporting shrimp or services utilised upto make the shrimp eligible for export before removing from the factory. After removing from factory we will take various services. Ex. CFA service, can we take service tax input on services received form factory.
Give me the clarification
services used after removal from factory may not be available for input credit, as these services are not classified as input service.

Yes, Mr. Sharma correctly said about after removal Services. In respect of before removal Services, these must be within the definition of Input given in CCR Rules 2004. If they fall in it, you can take credit.
