Input credit on right to use of goods
Would like to know whether input tax credit is available or not on goods supplied under right to use without transfer of title but with effective control and possession.

This query is related to under GST Act 2017.
since it is a supply under GST Act , if all other conditions are satisfied then ITC can be claimed.
