If GST paid on RCM on transport services, can we claim input credit ?

RCM is applicable for GTA services, so definitely we can take input after we paid the same comes under RCM

Sorry for the mistake. It was not RCM. It was ITC. Please refer the finalized tax rate at 14 Th GST council meeting which was held in Ninteenth may of this year for further clarification regarding No ITC in tax paid on RCM paid on GTA
