I PURCHASED CEMENT FOR GENERAL REPAIR IN A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY. CAN I TAKE GST INPUT ON CEMENT PURCHASED.

no u cannot take credit because as per section 17(5) any goods or services used for construction of immovable property for own account is not permissible. construction includes repair, renovation, alteration
