Information technology training for peii

Hi

I am a student of PEII and converted to IPCC in 2010 and i would like to attend the IPCC november 2011 exam. But i havent attended ITT course. Can i still apply for the examination and appear for this training course later?

Further, as i was registered in Intermediate exam and completed the article ship programme, should i need to attend the ITT training course before exam?

Please let me know the clear proceedure on this.
