I am commerce graduate & full time working with one public sector co. I completed my graduate study in the year 2003. I would like to join & choose a career as a CA.
Pls. help me or inform what should I do ? how to registered ? Is there any advantage as I have more than 9 years of experience ? How to complete article ship ?

Since you are a graduate you shall be exempted from the entry level test- That is CPT, if you register under the new"Direct Entry" scheme. Under this scheme once you have registered yourself for the IPCC course you have to complete a compulsory 'orientation programme-35 Hours' and 'Information Technology Programme-100 hours'.
On completion of this you have to register yourself as an article with an auditior and complete 9 months of articleship to be eligible to write your IPCC exams. Once you have cleared IPCC you can proceed to complete your prescribed articleship period and give your final exams(for more details refer the website)
But unfortunately there will be no extra credit or any exemptions for for you work expereince.
Articleship is mandatory, you will have to undergo it irrespective of the qualification and experience that you have.
As you already have lot of experience,the addition of CA qualification will be another jewel to the crown.
