Industrial training completion query

Hi all, I have completed my industrial training. As per ICAI records my training was supposed to end on 1.04.2013 however i took additional 31 days off and have served my employer till 31.07.2013.(approx 2 mnths and 5days) I and my principal had no idea that there was some extension form to be filled ie 107 form. I filed form 105 with 31.07.2013 as date of completion. Today my principal recd letter from ICAI to file revised form 105 with condonation fee plus condonation request letter with completion date of 1.04.2013. What should be my course of action? Should i file the revised form or should i tell the matter clearly to ICAI and let them decide. Regards Nancy
