Sir, i need to know that, What is the solution if the excisable goods which we have sold during the last month has been return due to defect. Can we take the credit of cenvat paid on such returned goods.

And I even know the following things too:
1) Is it necessary to maintain Excise register RG-23A Part-I and II and pls register manually or we can maintain them in hard copy (either in excel sheet or software generated copy of such register)
2) And what will the excise duty we send good at your branch office in other state. Is it necessary to to pay at the time of removal from factory or we can pay at the time of sale from branch .
And The actual purchase party can claim cenvat credit if the exciseable invoice issued either by factory or from branch billing.?
