I can see all indirect expenses entered in my company in tally prime software,
are displayed on P&L a/c income side instead of expensed side, what may be cause of this, can any one guide please

I can think of two problems here,
1. Check if the accounts names are not classified under heads as Direct/indirect income
Create Multiple Ledgers in Tally - javatpoint
2. If your working in voucher mode, you must have got confused while entering entries eg. To comes first and By comes below while operating.
