indirect case laws apllicable for 2010 nov exams

link posted contains very very selected case laws  and coverage of case laws in exam is very wideeeeeeeeeeeeeee....??????

Tutorials :

1. Read only those case laws which are decided by Supreme Court or Special Bench of a High Court.

2. Specially read those cases also where particular section is not clear and elaborate explanations have been given the courts. 

3. Also read controversial issues decided by various high courts : when one high court decides the case in favour of assssee and another court decides the case in favour of the revenue. In these types of cases; don't forget to give your own remarks. Such cases require in-depth  study of particular sections. Here proper understanding of concepts play a very great role i.e. what is th intention of law at the time of framing rather than the language used in the section.
