Indian contract act

Proposal/offer : A tells B that he is ready to sell his car to B. Sec.2a Promise : when it is accepted by B. It becomes a promise by A to sell his car. Sec.2b When B also makes a promise to A in consideration to A's Promise, then it will be agreement. Sec 2e In Most of the practical cases, offer when accepted becomes agreement. Because the consideration for the promise will be inbuilt in offer itself. Ex: i will sell you my car for 1 lac rupees.
