I am Working in construction Co., I want to know what is the ROC Fees & Stamp Duty Charges for Increase a share Capital Of Company

ROC fees and stamp duty depends upon the capital of the company and state wherer the registered office of the company is situated respectively.

open website www.mca.gov.in,

On the top Right side of the webpage u find MCA 21 e-services, click on that.

Then a separate webpage will open ,on the left side u will find other services option, u will find fee calculator there.

Fill the required data like Form 5, authorised share capital, date etc. u will get the fee amount.

Find attach a useful Stamp Duty Chart.

You can calculate the stamp duty with the help of the attachment issued by MCA.

You can also use the fee calculator available on the MCA portal regarding ROC fees and Stamp duty is 0.5% on the difference amt of increase in Capital

Dear Reema

As you mentioned stamp duty @ 0.5% is not applicable to all states. every state levied different rate of stamp duty.

i am member of private limited compony. i want to increse share capital of compony from 25 lac to 50 lac. What is fees of ROC and its stamp duty required? please help me.
