why there is need to file mgt 14 in case of increase of authorised capital and which resolution needs to pass in general meeting

Ordinary Resolution is required, MGT -14 is required to intimate ROC about passing of such resolution before filling SH-7 ,It's a kind of pre-intimation to ROC.
