HUSAIN your father is not entilled for this above benefit because this benefit is entilled to those persons who retired on 24/05/2010 or afterwards

MY FATHER GOT GRATUITY OF RS. 500000/- IN 2008 AND WE TOOK DEDUCTION OF RS. 350000/- AS PER RULES. BUT NOW HE GOT ARREARS OF GRATUITY OF RS. 200000/- SO DAT WILL BE TAXABLE ??? AND HE WAS IN BOI (NATIONALISED BANK) SO CAN BE CONSIDERED AS GOVT EMPLOYEE ????
