I have not involved in registration of any producer company but I can suggest you the information about producer company.
1.Go to Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) portal at www.mca.gov.in
2.Click on Acts& rules-Companies Act ,2013
3.You will find a separate pdf named producer company which is self explanatory you can read it.
