is INC 7 has been omitted. Now INC.32 spice is applicable for all the companies..or there is some restrictions..only such company can apply for INC.32 spice??

hello mam.
i have a query for share tranfer form.

who shell be the witness for share transfer form sh-4.
ie it shell be any professional CMA/CA/ CS or any person can do it.
or CS is mendetory

I do not want to know about share transfer form..I want to ask that..as per latest amendment..for incorporation of any company Inc 32 spice is applicable ???

Yes. RUN for name and SPICe for incorporation. no others forms or procedures.

SPICe forms are hereby applicable to all companies. Name approval through RUN facility and SPICe forms for incorporation are now applicable to every company
