I read a checklist for incorporating a Pvt Ltd company here. You would find it under the heading 'Typical Procedure to Establish Business in India'.
I have 2 questions here:
The list is bigger than the one I found in this forum, so I am a tad confused. Please help
Also, Is it mandatory to be registered under the Shop & Establishments Act if forming a Pvt Ltd. company?
