can i file tds return or original return for the AY 08-09.
IF YES, how can i see the credit of such tds on 26AS for AY 08-09.
IF NO, Please justify......

I could not follow Your Question. You Can very well File TDS Return for 2008-2009. You Can Very Well file Income Tax Return for 2008-2009 with Your Jurisdictional Assessing Officer. E-filing Can not be done. E-filing Can be done only against notice u/s.142 or 148. Viewing of Tax Credit in 26AS Available from 2009-2010 Only
